Returns and Refund Policy

At sportshoeshop, we are committed to providing a satisfactory shopping experience and exceptional customer service to all our valued customers. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our team is here to assist you.

Returns: We accept returns or exchanges for items postmarked within 30 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, kindly reach out to our customer support team within this time frame. Please contact us via email at support@sportshoeshop.online and provide a detailed description of the issue, including the reason for return and your order number. For defective, incorrect, or misrepresented items, kindly provide clear pictures or videos showcasing the problem. Please note:

If our company is responsible for shipping the wrong item or size, we will facilitate a return to our warehouse for a full refund or an exchange. Once we receive the item, we will refund the original product price and its shipping cost or arrange for a replacement at our expense.
If a customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can accommodate a return. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping fees for both the return and the exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will reimburse the original product price. All shipping fees, including the original shipping charge for orders with free shipping, are non-refundable.
Please be aware that due to lighting, shooting angles, and different displays, some products may have slight variations. Please refer to the final products for accuracy. If a return is requested due to this situation, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for items purchased during big sales or clearance events.

Conditions:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.
Returns must be accompanied by our Return Form. Please contact our customer service team to obtain the form.

Refunds: If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, we will offer a full refund. To initiate the cancellation process, please contact us at support@sportshoeshop.online immediately. Please note that we are unable to accept cancellations for orders that have already been shipped within the 24-hour timeframe.

For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee of total price other than freight.(The reason  for charging this fee is that we have to pay the cost of goods preparation and packaging, please understand.)
